YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
The eCommerce Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day running of our global eCommerce and marketplace sites. This role focuses on product setup, content accuracy and the execution of online activity to ensure a smooth and engaging customer experience.
You’ll work closely with Digital Marketing, Brand, Production, IT, international teams and external vendors to keep the site up to date, accurate and aligned with business priorities.
This is a strong entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce within a global fashion brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with product setup, including mapping, categorisation and tagging
- Support product uploads, enrichment and activation, ensuring all product information is accurate and complete
- Maintain and update product content using eCommerce tools and asset management systems
- Assist with promotional setup and execution in line with the trade calendar
- Support promotional management, ensuring offers and campaigns are implemented correctly onsite
- Help monitor site performance and flag any issues affecting the customer experience
- Work with internal teams to resolve content or functionality issues quickly and accurately
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational skills and confidence managing tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with data and completing administrative processes
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
- Willingness to learn and build capability in eCommerce tools and systems
- Intermediate Excel skills, including working with data, spreadsheets and basic formulas (desirable)
