YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

The eCommerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations, product management, and trading execution across global eCommerce sites. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage product uploads, merchandising, onsite campaigns, and trading execution while collaborating with Digital Marketing, Brand, Production, IT, and international teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage product mapping, categorisation, tagging, and regional configurations across global sites
    Oversee product uploads and enrichment, ensuring accurate PDP content, SEO metadata, and trade readiness
  • Support online merchandising to drive visibility, conversion, and alignment with trade priorities
  • Execute onsite campaigns, promotions, landing pages, and homepage updates in line with the trade calendar
  • Conduct pre-launch QA and testing across devices and regions
  • Monitor daily site performance and resolve customer experience or functionality issue
  • Liaise with IT and Customer Service to manage and resolve site-related issues
  • Support CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and digital optimisation projects
  • Assist with reporting on site performance, promotions, and product launches
  • Provide cross-functional and ad hoc support across eCommerce and omni-channel initiatives
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
 
You will bring strong organisational, analytical and project management skills, along with experience in eCommerce or digital trading. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, work collaboratively across teams, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality results
  • Experience in eCommerce, online trading, or digital product management
  • Strong data management and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid understanding of fashion, brand, and product-based environments
  • Project management capability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Commercial acumen and business judgement
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Experience with merchandising, SEO, and onsite optimisation (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven attitude
