YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

We are eagerly searching for a recruitment superstar to join our team from late July 2025 on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will provide high quality and timely recruitment support to our Retail markets nationwide. This role provides a unique opportunity for a people person who is passionate about providing a positive and memorable experience for all candidates, no matter the outcome of their application.

This role will help you grow and develop your talent acquisition skills within a fun, supportive environment whilst also providing the opportunity to partner with various stakeholders. This combined with your excellent time management skills and out of the box innovative thinking, makes this is a truly exciting opportunity for you to support Forever New as an employer of choice to prospective candidates.

Get excited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our Retail Management roles across Australia and New Zealand
  • Conduct telephone screens and lead virtual competency-based interviews
  • Complete and provide recommendations on reference checks and psychometric testing
  • Build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Heads of Retail, Area Manager and Recruitment Agencies
  • Identify recruitment process improvements and better ways of working
  • Maintain recruitment ATS and careers page data integrity
  • Ensure high standards of candidate care throughout recruitment process
  • General recruitment administration and reporting

 

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role with proven recruitment experience (Interviews, screening, advertising)
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field – Business Management/Human Resources
  • Experience in Retail Recruitment highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge in ATS systems, Page Up advantageous.
  • Confident and engaging communicator
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Ability to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external contacts
  • Creative, resourceful and pragmatic with a positive ‘can do’ and solution-focused attitude
  • Ability to flex between strategic and transactional detail
