We're looking for a creative, commercially minded and passionate Field Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Visual Merchandising team.

In this dynamic field-based role, you'll work closely with the Head of Visual Merchandising and Retail Leaders to deliver inspiring visual experiences across our Forever New stores. From implementing seasonal VM direction and supporting new store openings to coaching teams and maintaining exceptional presentation standards, you'll play a key role in shaping how our customers experience the Forever New brand.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver visual merchandising direction across your portfolio of stores, ensuring weekly VM briefs are executed accurately and on time.
• Style mannequins and key display areas to showcase seasonal collections and elevate the customer experience.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams to build confidence and capability in Forever New Visual Merchandising principles.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across standalone, concession and outlet stores.
• Make commercially informed merchandising decisions that maximise sales while maintaining brand integrity.
• Partner with Retail Leaders to support new store openings, refits and store layout improvements.
• Communicate store requirements to the Head of Visual Merchandising, including fixtures, props, signage and visual assets.
• Complete store visits, provide feedback and reporting, and identify opportunities to continuously improve visual presentation.
• Lead, coach and develop Field Visual Merchandisers where applicable, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

About You

• You bring strong Visual Merchandising experience within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• You have an exceptional eye for fashion, styling and creating inspiring customer experiences.
• You're commercially minded and understand how visual merchandising drives customer engagement and sales.
• You're a confident coach who enjoys developing Store Managers and retail teams to achieve exceptional visual standards.
• You build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across Retail and Head Office.
• You thrive balancing creativity with commercial priorities and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• You're organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of stores.
• You bring a positive, collaborative attitude and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
• You hold a current driver's licence and have the flexibility to travel regularly.
• A qualification in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Interior Design or a related discipline is highly regarded.
