YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead our in‑house, two‑brand DC operation supporting stores, ecommerce and wholesale partners across Australia and internationally.
In this role, you will lead the day‑to‑day performance of our Distribution Centre, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately, on time and within budget. This is a hands‑on leadership role, balancing operational excellence on the floor with strategic oversight, people leadership and continuous improvement.
- Lead end‑to‑end DC operations: inbound, storage, replenishment, pick/pack, dispatch and returns
- Manage outbound transport, carrier relationships and service levels to stores, ecommerce and wholesale partners
- Own inventory integrity, stock accuracy and systems (WMS/ERP), including stocktakes and cycle counts
- Lead, coach and develop DC Supervisors, Team Leaders and team members to drive engagement and performance
- Establish, track and improve operational KPIs across service, productivity, safety, quality and cost
- Control DC operating costs including labour, freight, consumables and invoice approvals
- Oversee WHS, compliance, facilities, security and contractor management (non‑negotiable)
- Support budgeting, reporting and peak trade planning, including DC clearance sales events
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Proven experience managing a high‑volume Distribution Centre or warehouse operation, ideally within fashion or retail
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control, pick/pack, dispatch and reverse logistics
- A confident people leader with experience managing large teams, rosters and performance
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Comfortable working hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment and leading through peak periods
- Highly systems‑literate (WMS, ERP, RF scanning, Excel)
- WHS‑driven, detail‑focused and solutions‑oriented
