YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Forever New is seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to GM Buying & Design to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and operational support across the Buying, Design and Marketing functions.

This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Buying & Design team, supporting critical path management, campaign execution, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Buying Support

  • Support and track the Buying Critical Path, ensuring key deadlines and milestones are met
  • Assist with colour palette and flow set‑up
  • Coordinate WFX coding and theme set‑up
  • Attend and support Print meetings, capturing actions and follow‑ups
  • Assist with sample sale management, including coordination and administration
  • Support colour name set‑up and internal documentation
  • Coordinate preparation and administration for Southern Hemisphere (SH) Range Reviews

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate campaign and content styling packs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage campaign and content styling sign‑offs, tracking approvals
  • Coordinate window selects and placements, including approval of colour grading for window imagery
  • Manage Southern Hemisphere (SH) and Northern Hemisphere (NH) PR orders and style management
  • Support Marketing Product Meetings, including preparation of packs and follow‑up actions
  • Prepare and distribute Marketing and VM packs
  • Coordinate retail image selects for use across marketing and content channels
  • Manage eCommerce and campaign/content sample sending dates
  • Prepare and distribute eCommerce handover information
  • Coordinate Bloomingdale’s shoot dates and supporting materials

Administration & General Support

  • Provide diary and meeting management support for the GM Buying & Design
  • Process leave approvals in ESS and manage major leave periods (e.g. Christmas, European summer)
  • Manage expense approvals for direct reports and process expenses
  • Coordinate Reception and Mail cover rosters
  • Maintain accurate documentation, shared folders and internal records to support team efficiency

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

  • 2–3 years’ experience in retail planning, allocations, merchandise operations or similar
  • Previous experience in an assistant, administration or coordinator role
  • Experience within fashion, retail or creative environments highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
