YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

The Senior AI Automation Engineer – QA is responsible for building and scaling AI-enabled test automation for Tier 1 business applications and embedding it into CI/CD to improve test coverage, release confidence, and delivery speed. In this newly created role, you will support FN’s early adoption of AI by introducing repeatable, supervised delivery patterns and progressively embedding them into day‑to‑day engineering and operational practices.

This role delivers production-ready QA automation capabilities and continuously improves reliability, maintainability, and execution performance of automated test suites. You will operate in an agent-led delivery model where AI agents are trusted to execute meaningful implementation work under human supervision, with emphasis on outcomes, quality controls, and repeatability rather than approval of every step.

As our Senior AI Automation Engineer – QA. you will also contribute domain SME insight, reusable patterns, and delivery learnings into FN’s enterprise AI standards and guardrails through established architecture and governance forums.

• Design and deliver automated test coverage across critical business journeys for Tier 1 business applications.
• Build and maintain automated tests across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Establish repeatable patterns for test automation that can be adopted across delivery teams.
• Apply AI to accelerate test case creation, test maintenance, regression automation, and defect triage.
• Implement practical guardrails for AI-assisted test generation to ensure correctness and traceability.
• Improve time-to-feedback in testing cycles using AI-supported workflows.
• Embed automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define release readiness checks and quality thresholds in partnership with engineering and delivery teams.
• Ensure automated testing results are actionable, transparent, and aligned to release decision-making.
• Monitor automation stability and reduce false positives/negatives in test execution.
• Improve maintainability of test suites through modular design, reuse, and standard patterns.
• Report on automation coverage, execution performance, and quality trends to stakeholders.
• Contribute QA domain SME insight, reusable assets, and implementation feedback into enterprise AI standards and guardrails.
• Escalate material risks, gaps, or exceptions through agreed governance and architecture channels.

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Strong experience in QA automation within enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Experience across UI/API/integration/end-to-end testing approaches.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering or QA practices.
