YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Forever New is seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to lead the end‑to‑end execution of operations across our international markets and global wholesale business.

This role is critical in ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost‑effective flow of goods — spanning international freight, warehouse management, domestic distribution, and final‑mile delivery. You’ll manage day‑to‑day logistics operations, maintain system accuracy, and drive service‑level compliance to support both our retail and wholesale partners.

  • Take full ownership of wholesale supply chain execution, partnering closely with wholesale teams to meet operational and commercial requirements
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations across 3PL warehouses, ensuring accurate order processing and seamless inventory movement.
  • Oversee domestic freight and final‑mile delivery, proactively resolving issues to meet service and customer expectations.
  • Own Critical Path Management, maintaining accurate costs, transit times, and supplier data in WFX to support production and planning teams
  • Execute international stock transfers and export shipments, including commercial invoice preparation and shipment bookings.
  • Monitor shipment schedules to ensure inventory arrives on time for launches, promotions, and peak trading periods.
  • Validate freight and 3PL invoices against contracted rates and investigate discrepancies
  • Source ad‑hoc freight quotes for urgent or non‑standard shipments
  • Track and report on key logistics KPIs including DIFOT and freight cost per unit, performing root‑cause analysis and driving corrective actions
  • Work cross‑functionally to ensure operational readiness across wholesale and retail channels

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics coordination, ideally within wholesale, fashion, or retail environments
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing 3PL performance, warehousing, and final‑mile delivery
  • High proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite and WFX highly regarded) and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven capability managing international exports, shipping documentation, and wholesale partner requirements
  • High attention to detail, particularly in cost validation and data accuracy
  • Confident communicator who works effectively with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
