YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Bring the Forever New brand to life through elevated styling, seamless shoot execution, and global eCommerce impact.

This role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality, on‑brand eCommerce imagery across all Forever New territories. Working closely with Buying, Studio, and wider creative stakeholders, you’ll own the end‑to‑end sample handover and styling process, ensuring shoots are meticulously planned, efficiently executed, and commercially strong. With a strong eye for detail and trends, you’ll support on‑set activity, manage timelines, and maintain global styling consistency while adapting to regional nuances.

Own the end‑to‑end sample handover process with the Buying team, including receipt of samples, transition to studio, return to Head Office post‑shoot, and final handover back to Buying
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sample tracking records
Pre‑style global eCommerce looks across all Forever New territories, accounting for regional differences and trend nuances
Compile mood boards for key trends and styling looks across major styling periods, considering global territory requirements
Produce detailed run‑sheets for studio use
Present styling packs, key trends, and mood boards to wider stakeholders
Liaise with Buying on key trends at the point of handover to inform the sampling and styling process
Support eCommerce shoots on set, including sample management, image selections, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Coordinate timely dispatch of shoot products to suppliers and external locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key creatives, talent, and suppliers
Troubleshoot and support queries relating to imagery, sample location, and handover
Work closely with the eCommerce Post‑Production Assistant on product delivery timelines and in‑store dates to ensure photography is delivered on time
Collaborate with the Post‑Production Assistant, Online Merchandising Manager, and Producer on post‑shoot analysis and continuous improvements, ensuring imagery remains commercial
Own and maintain brand styling guidelines, partnering closely with the Buying team to ensure all shoots are on‑brand and aspirational

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU CAN OFFER US

Ideally 1-2 years in a similar styling/production position
Strong aesthetic eye with commercial awareness, delivering aspirational, on‑brand styling
Ability to style outfits quickly and confidently in a fast‑paced shoot environment
Hands‑on experience working on photoshoots, with a clear understanding of on‑set processes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around samples, styling, and timelines
Confident communicator and collaborator, working closely with Buying, Studio, and Creative teams
Immersed in emerging trends across fashion, interiors, and design, with the ability to translate trends into commercial styling
