Reporting to the Area Manager, the Multi-Site Store Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead our first Australian boutique concept store.

THE PERFECT FIT

• Previous store management or senior leadership experience in fashion retail
• A natural stylist with a strong eye for fashion and trends
• Passionate about delivering personalised customer experiences
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and team results
• Experienced in coaching and developing high performing teams
• Confident managing store operations, rosters and performance conversations
• Strong visual merchandising capability with an eye for detail
• Flexible to work late nights, weekends and peak trading periods as required
