 We’re seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to take end-to-end ownership of our Woven Tops category for our Northern and Southern hemispheres, shaping commercially strong, on-brand ranges that deliver sustainable growth for the business

YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Global General Manager of Buying & Design, this role plays a critical part in product development, sourcing, range building, financial performance, and critical path management - while also providing leadership and guidance to a Buyers Administrator.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where your product knowledge, trend awareness, and strong supplier relationships will directly influence business performance.

GET EXCITED TO:

• Partner with Design, QA and Production to develop on-brand, commercially strong woven tops and petites ranges
• Build balanced ranges with the right mix of fashion, volume, price and profitability
• Manage product development from concept to bulk approval, ensuring quality, fit and brand standards are met
• Monitor critical path and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, margin and lead times
• Analyse sales, market and trend data to drive trading decisions and future range strategies
• Collaborate with Planning to manage open-to-buy, stock levels and freight mix
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales, margin and speed to market
• Lead and support the Buyers Administrator, providing guidance and development
• Proactively manage risks, solve problems and continuously improve ways of working

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Buyer role
• Experience across buying Wovens
• Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design, Buying or equivalent
• Exceptional knowledge of fabrications and garment construction
• Print Design knowledge would be an advantage
• Proven experience working across international sourcing markets
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales and market data
• Experience managing suppliers, negotiations and production timelines
