YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
Forever New is seeking a People & Experience Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exceptional people experiences across our business. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality coordination and administration across People Services and Learning & Experience, ensuring our core P&C processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, with a dotted line to the Learning & Experience Manager, you’ll champion data accuracy, compliance and employee support, while also helping bring learning initiatives to life that enhance capability and culture across Head Office and Retail.
GET EXCITED TO:
- Draft employment contracts, variations and employment correspondence for new (where applicable) and existing team members, including parental leave, hours changes, secondments and significant date revisions
- Maintain accurate electronic employee files, ensuring documentation is issued, returned, stored correctly and provided to Payroll on time
- Act as the first point of contact for general employment queries, providing professional guidance and escalating matters when required
- Liaise closely with Payroll on changes to terms and conditions, preparing and coordinating all required documentation
- Manage voluntary terminations end to end, including notifications and exit interview surveys
- Support key P&C calendar activities such as performance reviews, salary reviews and engagement surveys, contributing to tools, templates and processes
- Coordinate LMS administration, reporting and data accuracy, maintaining learning records and dashboards to support compliance and continuous improvement
- Run end-to-end coordination of learning events, including scheduling, materials, communications and attendee logistics
- Contribute to the creation of engaging learning assets; experience with Canva, Articulate 360 and/or video editing is highly regarded
- Assist with P&C analysis and reporting across new starter surveys, exit interview insights, turnover, training completion rates and engagement metrics
- Uphold data integrity and confidentiality across all team member records and documentation
- Complete periodic VEVO checks and support immigration requirements as needed

- Assist with workers’ compensation administration and return-to-work coordination, ensuring accurate records and timely actions
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
- Proven experience in HR administration and/or first-line HR advisory roles
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using creative tools such as Canva
- LMS administration experience is highly regard
- Exposure to Australian employment and WHS legislation
- Working knowledge of HR and/or Payroll systems
