YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Lead- NetSuite to join our Business Systems team. Based at our Richmond Head Office, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things NetSuite, overseeing all our NetSuite enhancements, integrations, support, and key projects that streamline how we operate across Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandise.

In this hands-on technical leadership role, you’ll manage a small team both locally and offshore, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems through smart, scalable solutions, combining deep technical knowledge with a passion for process improvement and people development.

Get excited to:

• Lead the technical design, configuration and ongoing development of NetSuite
• Manage the NetSuite CI/CD process through GitHub for all enhancements and customisations
• Own incident support and resolution- Keeping the platform stable and user-friendly
• Work on major projects including new entity setups, integrations and system upgrades
• Coach, mentor and manage a small technical team
• Collaborate with Finance, Planning, Buying and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Ensure documentation, testing, and deployment processes follow best practices
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across business systems
• Act as the NetSuite technical subject matter expert for the business

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who brings deep NetSuite knowledge and a track record of delivering technical solutions that drive business results. You’ll combine strong coding skills with stakeholder engagement, process thinking, and leadership.

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar tech lead or senior developer role
• Retail or FMCG background
• Proven experience in NetSuite (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0), especially financial modules
• Functional and technical NetSuite design experience
• Experience using GitHub or other CI/CD tools
• Understanding of .NET, Javascript, and Azure (desirable)
• Strong troubleshooting and systems analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience mentoring or leading a team (onshore or offshore)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
