YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Retail Operations Advisor to make a lasting impact on our retail landscape! You will support the Chief Retail Officer, Head of Retail Support, and the broader Retail Operations Team in building a world-class retail organization focused on operational excellence. In this role, you’ll play a key part in implementing various business projects and providing ongoing review and support to ensure the success of these new processes.

We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with strong retail acumen and a passion for process and operations. 

Get excited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that is reflective of and aligns to the FIRST customer service model
  • Proactively look for ways to ensure the operations of the business supports the retail team deliver great service.
  • Contribute to pre-determined objectives (including but not limited to IPS, conversion, loyalty etc.) through strong operations and stock management processes.
  • Be clear on the brand vision to ensure the operations of the business supports the delivery of that vision.
  • Ensure all areas of the store operations are in place to deliver strong brand recall and recognition from customers.
  • Ensure BOH is set up and maintained in line with company expectations and workplace health and safety standardsby creating clear processes
  • Represent self in a manner that aligns to the Forever New Brand Ambassador Guidelines
  • In collaboration Retail operations review opportunities to business improvement and efficiencies.
  • Be proficient with reporting to enable the candidate to be able to analyse best practice and opportunities.
  • Be clear on specific KPIS for this role that are mainly operational such as Pick success, stock accuracy and shrinkage as an example. These may change depending on the focuses.  
  • Support store and Field Team with IT escalations
  • Assist Store and Field Teams with operation queries
  • Maintain and create Ways of Working (WoWs) for store use
  • Support Stores with achieving online fulfilment goals
  • Monitor and communicate online fulfilment results and report on these
  • Manage the Store Fulfilment checklist for store openings and closings
  • Participate in business projects as the Retail voice to ensure the projects are for the benefit of the retail environment
  • Testing new systems and upgrades and creating documentation to support Store adoption of these

  • Highly developed word processing and computer skills and experience with various software packages including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing demands and priorities
