Get excited to join our Global Merchandising Team as an Allocator! If you have a love for numbers, spreadsheets and have the drive to build your career in the fashion industry, then this opportunity is for you! Supporting in optimizing category performance (tops, jackets, accessories etc.), through planning and purposeful stock allocation, all whilst under the guidance of a Planner, who will mentor you throughout your learning. The successful candidates will be able to multi-task, have high attention to detail and can work effectively under pressure and deadlines.

Based out of our vibrant Head Office in Melbourne, this role will suit a Fashion Graduate who is looking to take their first step into Planning! 

• • Financial understanding and assisting the trading of the department to maximize profit.
  • Category and range management
  • Stock optimization and manager of supply and allocating to store
  • Connecting and working closely with internal and external stakeholder

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Qualification in Fashion Merchandising
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Strong understanding of the Retail Industry
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
   
• Proven ability to multi-task and time manage
• Effective planning and orgnisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving skills
• A high attention to detail and accuracy
• Understands the customer and responds effectively to her needs
