YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to dive into the vibrant world of fashion and creativity? As our Social Media and Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of Forever New’s social media channels and executing the social strategy in-line with the business’ overarching objectives.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Brand, Digital, Ecommerce and Buying teams to develop an innovative and engaging social media strategy and create compelling digital and storytelling content across platforms.

In addition to a strong understanding of fashion trends, you will also have an in-depth knowledge of social media best practices and analytic skills to evaluate the performance of our channels and make data-driven decisions.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Plan and schedule all weekly social media activity across Forever New and Forever New Curve’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Curate Forever New’s social media feeds to include campaign launches, promotional activity and influencer content, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand and optimised.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute Forever New’s social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and Buying teams to ensure social media is aligned with other channels and driving a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
  • Copywrite engaging and on brand content across all social channels.
  • Maintain the social media calendar in line with Forever New’s wider marketing and commercial calendars.  
  • Manage regular social media competitions, including developing concepts, writing terms and conditions, coordinating rollout across channels, organising prizes and drawing winners.
  • Provide guidance and support to international social media teams. 

CONTENT CREATION

  • Develop innovative social media content ideas based on trends, data and insights, key product stories and overarching marketing goals.
  • Manage social media content creation from ideation to execution, including developing briefs, capturing content and editing videos.
  • Attend campaign and ecommerce shoots, as well as brand and store events to capture content for social channels.
  • Work with Creative Services team to brief additional video or static content required to support social channels. 

REPORTING

  • Conduct and present weekly and monthly reports on Forever New’s social media performance, ensuring that insights are utilised to make data-driven decisions and optimise channel performance.
  • Undertake regular competitor and social media trend analysis, using these insights to shape strategy and tactics.
  • In collaboration with the Marketing and Social Assistant, moderate all user-generated content in line with Forever New’s brand and social media policy.
  • Assist Customer Service team with social media community management where needed.
  • Work closely with PR team to develop influencer marketing plans and create content briefs.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

  • Degree in Social Media, Marketing or Public Relations.
  • Two or more years of experience working in social media with fashion or beauty experience preferred.
  • Experience using Sprout Social or similar social media management program.
  • Proficiency in capturing and editing video and photo content.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media strategies and best practices for each platform.
  • Passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an understanding of social trends.
  • Analytic skills, with the ability to collect and collate data to create actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset to develop innovative concepts and ideas.
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
