THE ROLE
We’re now looking for a Retail Operations Advisor to join our Retail Support team and help drive operational excellence across our store network. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you’ll support the delivery of a world-class retail operation. Working closely with the Chief Retail Officer, Head of Retail Support and broader Retail team, you’ll play a key role in improving processes, supporting stores and delivering impactful business initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support stores and field teams with operational queries and IT escalations
- Drive efficient retail processes and create clear Ways of Working (WoWs)
- Act as the retail voice across business projects, including system testing and rollout
- Monitor and support omni-channel fulfilment performance
- Analyse reporting to identify operational improvements and efficiencies
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance store operations and customer experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Retail experience with strong operational understanding
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel highly regarded)
- Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
