YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
As Producer at Forever New, you will support the brand and creative services team in the end-to-end delivery of photography and videography shoots. From initial concept through to final asset delivery, you will oversee planning, scheduling and budget management across multiple concurrent productions—ensuring all milestones are met and projects are delivered within approved budgets.
This role calls for a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong foundation in production. You are a considered problem solver, confident managing multiple stakeholders, and comfortable navigating the pace of a dynamic creative retail environment. With a collaborative mindset, you bring a positive, solutions-focused approach to every stage of production.
You will lead the coordination of production briefs, source and manage creative talent (agencies and freelance), and maintain oversight of timelines, budgets and deliverables across campaign, content and ecommerce shoots.
GET EXCITED TO
End‑to‑end planning and delivery of campaign, content and ecommerce shoots, partnering with the Head of Brand, Art Director and cross‑functional teams to align calendars, timelines and priorities
- Production leadership across all shoots, including sourcing locations and suppliers, managing permits, call sheets, on‑set delivery, samples, props and logistics to ensure brand standards and outputs are met
- Talent and supplier management, from sourcing and presenting talent to negotiating contracts, usage rights and costs, while building strong agency and freelancer relationships
- Styling and product coordination, overseeing look sign‑off and ensuring product availability aligns with campaign go‑live dates
- Budget, finance and logistics ownership, managing production budgets, invoices, travel and accommodation, and post‑shoot reconciliation in partnership with Finance
- Post‑production coordination, ensuring smooth asset handover, style pack distribution, edit selections and timely supplier payment
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end production across campaign, content and ecommerce shoots
- Strong planning and scheduling capability, with confidence managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Ability to lead on‑set production and manage shoot logistics with precision and calm
- Experience sourcing, briefing and booking creative talent and suppliers, including contract and usage negotiations
- Solid understanding of styling and product flow, partnering closely with Buying and Planning teams
- Demonstrated budget ownership, including forecasting, reconciliation and invoice management
- Strong cross‑functional collaborator able to work seamlessly with Brand, Creative, Marketing, VM and Finance
- High attention to detail, organisational strength and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment
