YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated eCommerce Production Coordinator to join our high-performing eCommerce team. This role is key for coordinating the sample handover process between buying, head-office and studio. As our incredible eCommerce Production Coordinator, you will also be part of styling eComm looks ahead of photoshoot, in a timely manner.

This is a Full-Time role, on a 5–6-month contract. 

Get excited to:

• Own end to end imagery handover process with studio, ensuring timings are met.
• Maintain sample tracking records.
• Audit eComm imagery ensuring brand guidelines are met where not met providing relevant feedback to ensure necessary updates are made.
• Supporting wider business stakeholders on imagery related queries including timeframes
• Manage e2e imagery load process for global markets.
• Support on and troubleshoot queries, regarding imagery, imagery error and so on.
• Work closely with pre production assistant, online merchandising manager & producer on post shoot analysis, and improvements ensuring all imagery remains commercial
• Work with wider Digital team on site merchandising and presentation of imagery
• Work with Digital analyst on imagery performance

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly organized and can juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Strong interest in imagery and fashion campaigns
