YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level confidential administrative and personal support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll act as a trusted partner, managing complex schedules, communications, and priorities. This is a hands-on role, based five days per week at our Richmond Head Office, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, discretion, and being one step ahead.

GET EXCITED TO:

  • Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Managing Director
  • Manage complex inboxes, calendars, and ever-changing schedules
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Deliver comprehensive personal assistance, including private and family matters
  • Act as a key gatekeeper and trusted liaison between the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team, Board Members, employees, and external partners
  • Support written and verbal communication on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, events, and key business activities
  • Oversee Head Office operations in partnership with other Executive Assistants and our Office Coordinator
  • Operate with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment at all times

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite or Executive-level leaders
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and shifting demands
  • Ability to manage urgent and sensitive requests with thoughtfulness and care
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Outstanding organisational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a high level of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence handling personal and private matters as requested
  • Demonstrated history of maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Interest in the fashion industry
    Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided)
